Riaz Haq – Military dictators had to intervene because corrupt political leaders could not govern and brought Pakistan on the brink. Pakistan went through tremendous economic growth under martial law.
Ali H Cemendtaur – Military Rule only provided temporary stability in Pakistan. In reality, it suppressed the voice of people (especially minorities) which resulted in 1971 chaos (Bangladesh) and Baluchistan insurgency.
